Mandatory Requirements

 Candidates shall have to produce the following original certificates/documents at the time of the physical test/Interview: 
  1.  CNIC issued by NADRA 
  2.  Academic certificates 
  3.  Domicile certificate 
  4.  02 passport-size photographs with blue background. 
  5.  Affidavit duly countersigned by District Coordination Officer (DCO) in case of applying against minorities (Non-Muslims) quota.

How to Apply Online Islamabad Police:


General Instructions 
  1. Applicants should apply only online through websites www.npftas.pk / www.islamabadpolice.gov.pk within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. 
  2.  Fee Rs.1500/- (Islamabad Police Character/Verification Fee.Rs.1000 and Recruitment/Documentation Processing Fee Rs.500). 
  3.  Fee shall be paid through 1Link 1Bill via any Bank / ATM /Internet Banking / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash / U Paisa using 24 digits PSID generated on the fee slip. 
  4.  The candidates applying for more than one post shall have to pay a fee for each post separately. 
  5.  By hand, incomplete, received after the closing date, or through courier/email applications will not be accepted/entertained. 
  6.  No relaxation in height, chest, or age shall be admissible to any candidate. 
  7.  Applicants are expected to provide correct information. Provision of false information shall be liable to be proceeded against under section 420/468/471 PPC punishable with imprisonment up to seven years. 
  8.  Applicants shall submit an affidavit about non-involvement in any criminal case at the interview. In case of a false affidavit, the applicant shall be debarred to apply for police posts in the future and legal action shall be taken as well. 
  9.  Transgender individuals can apply based on their self-perceived gender identity as per the provisions of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018, and the gender mentioned in their CNIC. 
  10.  Government employees who meet the eligibility criteria may apply through proper channels. 
  11.  Candidates of serving/retired police employees applying on a family claim basis shall provide complete documentation of their claim such as pension book, retirement order, etc. at the time of the interview. 
  12.  "Selected candidates will undergo verification of their character and academic background. If any false information or criminal record is found, their selection will be immediately withdrawn or canceled. The candidate will be discharged or dismissed from service if employed, and legal proceedings will be initiated against them." 
  13.  Designation of the center for applicants is the exclusive right of the ICT Police. 
  14.  Candidates should wear jogging shoes, and bring their own water bottle for the endurance test. 
  15.  Only qualified candidates, who meet the physical/endurance criteria and written test, will be called for interview. Passing a test or stage will qualify the candidates for the next stage or test. A candidate failing in any stage or test will not be qualified for the next step or stage.
  16.  Departmental Recruitment Board (DRB) and their staff will verify the physical standard of candidates at the time of the interview and if any deficiency is found, the candidates will be disqualified for recruitment in ICT Police, and necessary legal action will be taken. The decision of the DRB will be final.
  17.  At the time of final selection, candidates will have to go through a complete medical examination by the medical board/civil surgeon of the Federal Government. During medical examination, the candidates having Hepatitis B & C and any other perpetual ailments will also be disqualified. 
  18.  Selected candidates must adhere to the Rules/Regulations set by the Government, governing conduct, discipline, promotion, retirement, and other related matters. 
  19.  No TA/DA shall be admissible for written, physical/endurance, skill test & interview. 
  20.  Candidates shall be informed about updates through the application portal/SMS/email. 
  21.  Islamabad Capital Police reserves the right to modify/cancel the number of posts, advertisement/recruitment, and number of posts at any stage.
